What are Side Effects of Zofran?


Taking Zofran may result in heart palpitations, dizziness, chest discomfort, weakness or fatigue, shortness of breath, anxiety, slow heart rate, temporary vision loss, blurred vision, diarrhea, constipation, drowsiness, and a number of other side effects. Taking the drug while pregnant has also been linked to numerous birth defects, including a 2.4 fold increase in the risk of Cleft Palate.
